  1. Ataxia - unsteady to side of disease 
  2. Dysmetria - breakdown of movement with the patient ' overshooting ' the target when performing a specific motor task Eg . finger nose test 
  3. Dysdiadochokinesia - failure to perform rapid alternating movement 
  4. Intentiion tremor - a tremor which increase as the limb approaches its target  
  5. Rebound phenomenon - excessive swing of displaced arm 
  6. Pendualr knee jerks - the leg swing backwards and forwards when the knee jerk is elicited 
  7. Hypotonia
  8. Nystagmus- to side of lesion 
  9. Dysarthria – scanning or spluttering 
  10. Titubation - rhythmic noding of the head from side to side
